This client is from Mexico and was looking for high-quality plastic lumber to enhance the design of its outdoor tub product. Its tubs were designed to offer people a unique immersion experience under high temperature without the need for ice, especially in gardens, balconies, and residential lounges for cooling purpose. And they were thinking about using an elegant wooden material to decorate the tub surface.
Since the tub would be exposed to outdoor elements, the client needed a durable, weather-resistant wood material to avoid issues such as colour-fading, deformation, and decay. After researching different options online, they found Leisure Touch Rattan and were particularly drawn to our high-quality plastic lumber, which not only met their functional needs but also had an attractive and natural aesthetic.
Communication and Material Selection
During discussions, we noticed that the major issues of this client were about the material quality as its tubs would be used frequently outdoors during hot summer days. This client was glad to choose this model but preferred a darker, mixed-tone colour for better integration with their design. To meet their specific requirements, we customised a new shade for them, BHM5969CE. This client was satisfied with our tailor-made sample and ordered 400kg from us.
